A fixed price is a promise. Ours is on the website, and it is the number on the invoice.
Diagnose, then replace
An hour of diagnosis costs less than one wrong part. We find the fault before we quote the fix.
Nothing added silently
Extras get a photo and a phone call. If you say no, it does not happen and it is not on the bill.
